Cold Chamber

Hot chamber(gooseneck)casting, connects the furnace directly to the casting machine. A piston draws molten metal and injects it into the die, allowing faster cycles and less waste since the metal remains hot. Best for low-melting-point metals, it enables efficient high-volume production of toys, hardware, decorative items, and small mechanical parts.

Semi-solid
Die Castin

Semi-solid die casting uses metal in a paste-like state between liquid and solid, injected into the mold with reduced turbulence. This minimizes porosity, enhances strength, and improves surface finish. Ideal for aluminum and magnesium alloys, it is widely applied in automotive, aerospace, and other high-strength, high-quality components.
